Brian J. Quirk is a Democratic member of the Iowa House of Representatives, representing the 15th District since 2000.
Quirk is chair of the Administration and Rules committee, and also serves on the Commerce; State Government; and Ways and Means committees along with the Transportation, Infrastructure, and Capitals Appropriations subcommittee.
In 2006 Quirk was re-elected with 7,147 votes, defeating Republican opponent David Kraft. [1]
