[edit] Power increase
VARTV.com reports that WNRS has requested the FCC allow it to become a "Class B" station, move to 89.5 on the FM dial, and increase it's power to 20,000 watts. "The new request for the antenna location would be 25 miles to the east of Lynchburg. Currently, it's 12 miles north of the city."
