William Joseph (born September 3, 1979 in Miami, Florida) is an American football defensive tackle for the Oakland Raiders of the National Football League. He was originally drafted by the New York Giants 25th overall in the 2003 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami.
Joseph earned a Super Bowl ring with the Giants in Super Bowl XLII.
