Craig Dahl (born June 7, 1985 in Mankato, Minnesota) is an American football safety who is currently a free agent. He was originally signed by the New York Giants as an undrafted free agent in 2007. He played college football at North Dakota State.

He signed with the Giants after playing college football at North Dakota State University. On September 2, he was placed on the 53 man roster, even though he was a long shot to make the team[citation needed]. Through week 12 of the 2007 season, Dahl had 3 tackles. One tackle was against his home-state Vikings. On December 8th, Craig made his first NFL start of his career against the Eagles. He had five tackles in the game. He tore his anterior cruciate ligament in a game against the New England Patriots, and did not play again. He was released to free up cap and roster space.
