[edit] Introductions

Canihaveacookie - Feb. 29, 2008; What I'm interested in is that we, as Wiki contributors to Christian subjects and biographies, can be sensitive and respectful of each others' biographical sketches and also truthful to a fault about those Christian faithful as well as to those Christian Christian experiences and Christian traditions we write about, though it may seem so exacting and unnecessary at times. It's really not, because those of us who call ourselves, "Christians," in this life, especially today, claim we've come down an abundance of roads and have a full spectrum of religious experiences we draw from that we assume all stem from the same Christian faith. They cannot, according to God's holy Word (Gospel of St. Matthew 7:13-14)(Gospel of St. Luke 13:22-24). So, hopefully, then, we, ourselves, understand each of our subjects of faith well enough that we can communicate clearly, exactly and fully what it was that brought each of our subjects from their unbelief to their faith or why the tradition or experience we write about is accepted by those in the Christian faith and in case of the biographies we create and/or edit, how each subject of the biography made that final transformation or reformation to Christianity.
My specific interest in being a member of the Wiki Christianity Project concerns any group that - or individual who - professes the sinner's need (Romans 3:23) for the Christian salvation message, by faith alone (Ephesians 2:8-9), in Jesus Christ's finished work on the cross (Gospel of St. John 19:30), alone (Galatians 2:21), which is free for the asking by anyone (Gospel of St. John 1:12), for all people of all time (Hebrews 10:12), and the firm conviction (Hebrews 11:1) that this Jesus rose again from the dead on the third day (1 Corinthians 15:1-4) to one day come back (Acts 1:9-11) for His own (1 Thessalonians 4:13-18), and to judge the world (Revelation 20:12-15) for its' blatant indifference toward Him (Psalm 1:1,4-6).
Robert of Ramsor (talk)(contribs) 3 March 2008. I would be interested in a new WikiProject on Methodism as a sub-project of Christianity. I have Methodist ancestry and run a web site (Rewlach) for Methodist history in North Staffordshire and surroundings. The books archive has been referenced by others before I got to Wikipedia. I have also a London External BD degree, and pastored a Baptist church for a while. My background is engineering, which is a useful discipline because of the approach of going back to primary data on which to base any project. This relates to the Wikipedia basis of quoting sources. I have created several new articles (Ramsor so that people know where it is, Methodist Union, Weaver Hills, H B Kendall who is the essential source for Primitive Methodist history yet not referenced on Wikipedia before I joined.) in recent days. Perhaps a WikiProject on Arminianism could be included in Methodism, although there is Calvinistic Methodism.
I am an Australian Mennonite and I want to contribute because of the over representation of the AAANZ in the articles. Where are the articles about the other anabaptist groups that are in australia?

MWTallman (Talk) - April 2008 - I have joined this group because of my interest in topics on Christianity. My background is Wesleyan/Arminian and have contributed to various topics on Wikipedia within these areas.
Carl.bunderson I was invited by Tinu, so I'm taking him up on the offer. I'm not super active in the wikiprojects I am in already, so if you want something done, it is probly best to contact me directly on my talk page. I'm a Catholic, and have a decent sized personal library, and access to JSTOR if it is needed for sources. Carl.bunderson (talk) 05:39, 24 April 2008 (UTC)
