This is a project aimed at increasing the quality of the articles related to the Shi'a Islam, elevating the articles to "Good article" standard, and then all the way to "Featured article" standard. Shi'a We do this by:

  • Making sure all statments are sourced using the "<ref>source</ref>" model
  • Being well versed with WP:NPOV. This means that no contentious statments should be stated as facts, and that minority views should not be given undue weight.
  • Using the most official sources available
  • <insert>

As of 2006-08-13, we have 0 (Zero) article in the "Good article" standard and 0 (zero) in the "Featured article" standard.

{{WikiProject Shi'a Islam}} is added to the top of the talk pages of the article relevant to this project. This will make them appear on the Category:WikiProject Shi'a Islam.

[edit] LOOKING ADMINS/OPS FOR HADIPEDIA.COM (MEDIAWIKI BASED)

Brothers, I wonder if it's appropriate or not to ask here to find some ops/admins to run my newly setup wikiportal which is using same interface as this vary wikiportal, so it would be a lot easier for all of us to make participation and very frankly i am looking for sincere friends rather who can devote time to this great cause and Allah will reward them, I am very busy business person and i find it very tough for me to learn PHP and handle this portal all at my own also this portal belong to all of us just like this portal i am willing to run that portal on the basic rules as set by wikipedia.com .. it would include encyclopedia A To Z however i want to conenrate on Religion and Science or in other any information which can be useful to most of the world ... instead time wasting articles which only matters to a very a few people and also that information already available here on wikipedia.com --- So Basic theme of the portal is religious Encyclopedia however any article is acceptable which could be useful to general public thanks regards --www.mahdi.ms 21:50, 26 November 2006 (UTC)

  1. Start by going to the Talk page
  2. There, go into one of the sub-categories under the "Articles" section, for example the Theology articles sub-page.
  3. There, you will find a page were you can talk about articles relavant to Shi'a theology, and at the botom, you will see a list of articles that are related. The list includes the importance and quality of said articles.
  4. You can there help by adding new relevant articles to the list by following the instructions there, or, you can help to improve one of the articles listed there.
