Westlock—St. Paul (formerly known as Battle River) is a federal electoral district in Alberta, Canada, that has been represented in the Canadian House of Commons since 2004. It represents the counties of Westlock, Sturgeon, Thorhild, Smoky Lake, St. Paul and the municipal district of Bonnyville.

This riding was created in 2003 as "Westlock—St. Paul" from parts of Lakeland, Elk Island, St. Albert, Yellowhead and Athabasca ridings.

After the 2004 election, it was re-named "Battle River".

In 2005, it was re-named "Westlock—St. Paul".

This riding has elected the following Members of Parliament:

  1. 2004-2006: Dave Chatters - Conservative - He previously represented Athabasca and Battle River ridings. A former rancher and a school teacher. He was first elected in 1993. He was the Chair on the 'Standing Committee on Access to Information, Privacy and Ethics'.
  2. 2006-present: Brian Storseth - Conservative
