The County of St. Paul No. 19 is a municipal district in north-eastern Alberta, Canada.
It is located in Census Division 12. Previously known as Municipal District of St. Paul No. 86, it was established as a county in 1962. The county seat is in the Town of St. Paul.

In 2001, the county had a population of 6,145 in 3,255 dwellings, a 2.7% decrease from 1996. On a surface of 3,297.21 km² it had a density of 1.9 inhabitants/km².[3]
In 2006, St. Paul County No. 19 had a population of 5,925 living in 2,617 dwellings, a -3.5% increase from 2001. The countyhas a land area of 3,297.74 km² (1,273.3 sq mi) and a population density of 1.8/km² (4.7/sq mi).[2]
