Villasimius is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cagliari in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 35 km east of Cagliari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,093 and an area of 58.0 km².[1]

Villasimius borders the following municipalities: Castiadas, Maracalagonis, Sinnai.

Villasimius is a very famous touristic town, there are some of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean sea, and a lot of luxory hotels, such as Tanka Village (5 stars with a golf resort designed by Kengo Kuma), Cormoran, etc. There's a nightclub "Peyote", that's famous all around Sardinia. And the town is goal for tourists from Italy and Europe.
