Esterzili is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Nuoro in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 60 km north of Cagliari. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 817 and an area of 100.5 km².[1]
Esterzili borders the following municipalities: Escalaplano, Nurri, Orroli, Sadali, Seui, Ulassai.
