Tajikistan will compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics which will be held in Beijing, People's Republic of China from August 8 to August 24, 2008.

Archery
Tajikistan will send an archer to the Olympics for the second time, seeking the nation's first Olympic medal in the sport. The country was awarded one spot in the women's individual competition via a Tripartite Commission invitation; Albina Kamaletdinova will represent Tajikistant in the 2008 Olympic archery contest.[1]

Boxing
Tajikistan qualified three boxers for the Olympic boxing tournament. Kurbanov and Dostiev each qualified at the first Asian qualifying tournament.[2] Yunosov qualified at the second qualifier.[3]
