Puerto Rico will compete in the 2008 Summer Olympics which will be held in Beijing, People's Republic of China from August 8 to August 24, 2008.

Boxing
Puerto Rico qualified five boxers for the Olympic boxing tournament. The Arroyo twins both qualified at the 2007 World Championships.[1] Negron became the third Puerto Rican boxer to qualify, at the first American qualifying tournament.[2] Pedraza and Gonzalez qualified at the second American continental qualifying tournament.[3]
- Flyweight: McWilliams Arroyo
- Bantamweight: McJoe Arroyo
- Lightweight: Jose Pedraza
- Light welterweight: Jonathan Gonzalez
- Light heavyweight: Carlos Negron
