Sun Moon University

Sun Moon University is a university in South Korea founded by Reverend Sun Myung Moon and affiliated with the Unification Church. The university has its origins in the School of Unification Theology founded in 1972. It has two campuses, in the adjacent cities of Asan and Chonan, in South Chungchong.

The university offers majors in a wide variety of subjects ranging from Mathematics to Law to Unification Theology to Pure Love. It places special emphasis on language with its Korean Language Institute as well as programs in Chinese, English, Japanese, Russian, and Spanish.

Sun Moon University hosts over 8,000 students including 158 foreign students, largely from Japan.
