Summit Council for World Peace

The Summit Council for World Peace is an organization of former heads of state whose purpose is the promotion of friendly relations among the peoples of the world.

Its President, Chung Hwan Kwak, is a top leader of the Unification Church. Executive Director, Antonio Betancourt, met with North Korean leader Kim Jong-il in 1994.
