Nižní Lhoty (Polish: Ligota Dolna) is small village in the Frýdek-Místek District, Moravian-Silesian Region of the Czech Republic. It has a population of 258 (2006). It lies on the Morávka River, in the historical region of Těšín Silesia and was first mentioned in a written document in 1305.
