Horní Lomná  (Polish: Łomna Górna , Cieszyn Silesian: Górno Łómna or Górno Łómno ) is a village in Moravian-Silesian Region, Czech Republic, close to the borders with Poland and Slovakia. It has 394 inhabitants (2001 census), 28.5% of the population are ethnic Poles.[1] The village lies in the historical region of Cieszyn Silesia.

It is situated on the foothills of the Moravian-Silesian Beskids mountain range. Lomná River flows through the village.
