Maryland Route 162 forms the eastern part of the Airport Loop designated as Aviation Bolevard. It's 2.31 miles long and Links Telegraph/Camp Meade Road (Maryland Route 170) with North Dorsey Road (Maryland Route 176). Maryland Route 162 also has access to Interstate 97. It was once Maryland Route 167: Hammonds Ferry Road.
