Joshua "Josh" Turnbull (born 3 December 1987) is a Welsh rugby union player, who currently plays as a flanker for the Llanelli Scarlets in the Magners League and Llanelli RFC in the Principality Premiership. He is also a member of the Scarlets U20 regional squad.
Turnbull has represented Wales at U18, U19 and U20 levels; he has participated in the last two IRB U19 World Championships, scoring a try against Scotland in 2006 and representing his country in all five of Wales' games in the 2006–07 season, including the Division A semi-final against New Zealand. He is currently in the Wales U20 squad for the 2008 Under-20 Six Nations. So far, he has appeared in all of the matches in the competition.
