Nathan Thomas (born 22 January 1976 in Bridgend, Wales) is a Welsh rugby union footballer who plays in the back row for the Llanelli Scarlets in the Magners League. Before joining the Scarlets, Thomas played for various clubs, including Bridgend, Bath, the Cardiff Blues and Leeds Tykes.
