Luke Ford (born 8 March 1988) is a Welsh rugby union player who plays at Fly-half for Glamorgan Wanderers and is part of the Cardiff Blues acadamy.
2006–2007 proved to be an incredibly busy and rewarding season for Luke Ford. A member of the Blues Academy for the season, his participation in rugby covered every area available. In addition to his training as an Academy player, Ford played a full part in Glamorgan Wanderers' season in his utility back role as a centre / fullback and also turned out for the Blues U20 regional side that won the U20 Reebok Regional Championship Final against the Ospreys U20 in January 2007.
Ford then got a call up to the international stage with the Wales U19 squad for a series of spring internationals which was superseded by a call up to Wales U20 for the 2007 U21 Six Nations campaign when numbers in the U20 squad were depleted through injury.
Successful displays at both age grade secured him a spot in the Wales U19 squad for the 2007 IRB U19 World Championships. Ford played in all of Wales's Pool stage matches and also starred in the semi-final against New Zealand U19.
