The airline was established on 1 January 1994 as SAL Airlines and was restructured in 2000 . It later adopted the name Hahn Air and then Südwestflug, before reverting to the Hahn Air name in 2002 .[citation needed]
In November 2006 , the airline successfully implemented the Amadeus Ticketing Platform (ATP) and as a result Hahn Air is able to offer a complete e-ticketing solution, including worldwide distribution. It will now start to develop interline e-ticketing agreements with the 200 plus airlines with which it currently has interline agreements, to offer them full e-ticketing capability.[2]
