Grandview Township covers an area of 45.15 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains twelve cemeteries: Augustus, Barr-Johnson, Beatty, Boyer, Cholera, Gill, Grandview, Hinds, Huffman, New Goshen, Rudy and Tate.
