Elbridge Township is located in Edgar County, Illinois. The population was 798 at the 2000 census.

Elbridge Township covers an area of 43.51 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. It contains eight cemeteries: Cummings, Gymon, New Providence, Old Baptist, Simms, Vermilion, Wilkins and Wilson.
The streams of Indian Creek and McCalls Branch run through this township.
