Brouilletts Creek Township covers an area of 31.99 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains twelve cemeteries: Adams, Allen, Cameron, Houseton, Igo, Littlefield, McCauley, Mount Carmel, Newcomb, Newton, Old Scott and Sugar Grove.
