Gorreto is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 35 km northeast of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 147 and an area of 18.6 km².[1]
The municipality of Gorreto contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Alpe di Gorreto, Borgo, Bosco, Canneto, Fontanarossa, Pissino, and Varni.
Gorreto borders the following municipalities: Carrega Ligure, Fascia, Ottone, Rovegno.
