Isola del Cantone is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Genoa in the Italian region Liguria, located about 25 km north of Genoa. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,494 and an area of 47.8 km².[1]
The municipality of Isola del Cantone contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Borlasca, Montessoro, Pietrabissara, Prarolo, and Vobbietta.
