[edit] Facts
Theres no citation anywhere on this page which results the page into being about 90% opinion. Or am I wrong? Coolguy 1175 22:08, 18 April 2007 (UTC)
[edit] factual referencec
I would say that most of this information is factual, despite the lack of references. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.207.210.152 (talk) 18:33, 10 November 2007 (UTC)
[edit] JROTC
Because the page LA-944 kept being deleted for some reason, I merged the two articles together. Lucky for the Public Affairs OIC I saved the article. -Public Affairs OIC of NV-20012 Nv-20012 (talk) 06:10, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
[edit] AFJROTC: Respect Wikipedia
I have just reverted an edit in which officers of the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps stated their intention to use this article to inform students about the JROTC. (One of the sections I reverted began "We, as the Staff of AFJROTC-LA-944, would like to use this page as a tool to help incoming freshman learn about LA-944," which is about as inappropriate and self-serving as it gets.) Wikipedia is not an appropriate forum for discussing one particular school's military recruitment efforts, especially not down to listing senior officers; this organization has its own article, which goes into far more depth and has a far more neutral point of view; and writing about oneself is very clearly a conflict of interest.
In short, using Wikipedia as a substitute for one's own website is not acceptable. I am sure other Wikipedians will join me in reverting such edits. 76.116.186.249 (talk) 06:16, 29 December 2007 (UTC)
- Agreed - the same problem is going on with other articles such as North Valleys High School. AliveFreeHappy (talk) 23:20, 30 December 2007 (UTC)
