Notre Dame Seminary is a resident, accredited graduate theological school in New Orleans, Louisiana, founded in 1923 for the education of men to be priests of the Roman Catholic Church. It offers the graduate degrees of M.Div. and M.A. in theological studies. It operates under the auspices of the Archdiocese of New Orleans. It serves the other six Catholic dioceses of the Province of New Orleans, 10 additional dioceses in the southern United States, the Bahamas and Africa, and six Catholic religious orders. In the 2004-2005 school year 106 seminarians were enrolled, as well as 46 non-seminarians.
