[edit] New Semester, New Appeal

This semester I am teaching academic writing to a group of teachers at my school. This course starts on Monday Jan 28. I would like to know if you are still interesting in "mentoring". You can see the syllabus at Wikipedia:School_and_university_projects/ITESM_Campus_Toluca/SyllabusIf so, please leave a message on my talk page and update the mentor's page Wikipedia:School_and_university_projects/ITESM_Campus_Toluca/Mentors, if . If not, please remove your name and information from that page. (Get well soon!) Thanks! Thelmadatter (talk) 20:49, 24 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Wikipe-tan

Re: [1]

No problem on the time, take as much of it as you need! I'd hate for you to keel over because you were vectorizing our little Wikipe-tan :O

But in all seriousness, thank you so much for taking the time to do this, especially considering your recent ill health. All of us really appreciate it.

Hope you are feeling better, and remember to take care of yourself first before worrying over any of our little stuff :) -- Ned Scott 06:09, 30 January 2008 (UTC)

Maybe if you determine that you won't let the sickness make you feel like you're sick—maybe you can trick it into thinking that you're tough stuff…;) —  $PЯINGεrαgђ  05:44 31 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Get well soon

Hey, Editor at Large, it's been too long. How are you doing? I hope you get well soon, my friend. Cheers! Dfrg_msc 07:34, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

Not up to much, running about and spreading Bathrobe Cabal propaganda :) I'm getting incrasingly busy in Real Life, but trying to stay well and keeping active. Stay safe, my friend and feel better soon! Dfrg_msc 06:11, 7 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks for your work

Hello, Editor at Large. I'm Kasuga. I heard that you are making an svg version of Wikipe-tan, from User:Ned Scott. Very thanks for your work. Keep up your good work, and take care of yourself. Hope you feel better soon.--Kasuga (talk) 14:33, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Nice design at Wikimedia Canada main page. I'm glad that the javascript to detect user language works. You deserve a round of applause. OhanaUnitedTalk page 03:31, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Question about writing wikis

Hi Ayelie, I was wondering if you could answer a question about webpage-writing (and sorry if it's a dumb question, I'm just starting to learn this stuff). I have managed to teach myself how to use <div class="XX"> statements in the case of simple things like charts and fonts, but I have noticed that you use other div classes, like the <div class="multilingual"> tag on the Wikimedia Canada page. I can't seem to find any examples of what parameters are available for these other div classes. I have tried looking on the web for a list of all possible div classes and their possible parameters, but I can't find one. Does such a list exist? I'm guessing not since Google can't find one. If there is no universal list of div class parameters, do the div statements and their parameters on wiki sites only work on these sites, like templates? If so, where is the documentation for them? I hope some of that made sense, thank you. --Arctic.gnome 07:10, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Saint Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Everybody's Irish on the 17th!
Have a good one, mate. I've even brought you some Guinness! ;)

Please get better. :(

[edit] Happy Easter!

HAPPY EASTER!

← Here are some eggs for you to find today…they're all right there! ← ;)
On a less light-hearted and more serious note, please remember that "He is risen" isn't just a cliché; it's true.
On a more light-hearted and less serious note, please have a wonderful Easter today with you and whoever you like. :)
