Chipman is a village in central Alberta, Canada. It is located east of Edmonton.

In 2006, Chipman had a population of 238 living in 113 dwellings, a 3.6% decrease from 2001. The village has a land area of 0.62 square kilometres (0.2 sq mi) and a population density of 384.6 inhabitants per square kilometre (996.1/sq mi).[1]
