I think that Bollywood has come a long way from where it used to be before. I feel that if it continues the way it's going, it might take over Hollywood.

• All-Time Favorite Actors
  • Amitabh Bachchan: THE REAL SUPERSTAR OF BOLLYWOOD. As a child, I used to admire Mr. Bachchan in whatever he did. He can act any role with ease and will always be a legend in Hindi cinema.
  • Aamir Khan & Shahrukh Khan: THE RULERS OF BOLLYWOOD. Aamir and Shahrukh have been inspirations for many people and will always be. While, Aamir had filmi relations, Shahrukh had to make it by himself; now we can all see where he has reached. Raja Hindustani for the former and Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge for the latter will always be one of my favorite films.

• Other Favorite Actors
  • Hrithik Roshan: He has shown that he is capable of doing anything. Showing his versatility in films like Fiza, Koi... Mil Gaya and Mission Kashmir, he will go very far.
  • Saif Ali Khan, Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan. Saif Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar's rise to stardom are examples of actors who have made it to the top regardless of what people have predicted. They both have shown that they can give box office success as a solo hero in films like Salaam Namaste and Waqt: The Race Against Time, and critically acclaimed performances in films like Omkara and Namastey London. Salman has also showed his versatility in serious films like Tere Naam & Garv: Pride and Honour and comedy films like Mujhse Shaadi Karogi & Partner.

• Favorite New Actors
  • Shahid Kapoor: Shahid has always been a good performer and has improved tremendously. If you compare his performances in his debut film, Ishq Vishk to his latest film, Jab We Met, there is definitely a marked difference.
  • Ranbir Kapoor: Coming from the famous Kapoor family, you know that he has acting in his blood. A very promising newcomer who has given a confident performance in his debut film, Saawariya.

• All-Time Favorite Actresses
  • Karisma Kapoor and Kajol: THE TWO BEST ACTRESSES OF BOLLYWOOD. Kapoor and Kajol have evolved into one of the finest actresses of Hindi cinema. Although Kapoor was from the famous Kapoor family, she had to struggle to make it herself. Whatever she has accomplished today is because of her will and determination to succeed. I've immensely liked her performances in Raja Hindustani, Fiza, Zubeidaa and Shakti - The Power, her best so far. What can one say about Kajol? There're no words to describe her. Her performances in films like Gupt: The Hidden Truth, Dushman, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and Fanaa have said it all.
  • Rani Mukerji and Madhuri Dixit: THE QUEEN BEES OF BOLLYWOOD. Rani's performances have gone from strength to strength and will always continue to do so. Look at the consistency of good performances she has done. I think that her performance in Black is one of the finest in Hindi cinema and is worthy of an Oscar. Madhuri is an excellent actress that has the beauty, brains, grace and talent to prove it.

• Other Favorite Actresses
  • Kareena Kapoor: Kapoor has shown a lot of improvement in her acting and this can be proved by looking at her performance in Omkara, her best so far. Her performances in Refugee, K3G, Chameli, Yuva, Dev and the recently released Jab We Met have been really good. One can see her versatility as an actress.
  • Preity Zinta: Zinta is an extremely talented actress. Without any filmi relations, Zinta has moved very far in Bollywood. I was really impressed with her acting in films like Kya Kehna and Kal Ho Naa Ho. There are other performances of hers which I have liked as well but these two have to be my favorite.

• Favorite New Actress
  • Vidya Balan: There is no doubt that she will be a big superstar in the future. I couldn't believe that she had delivered such a flawless performance in her debut film, Parineeta.
