Vicente Martín Sánchez Bragunde (born 7 December 1979) is a Uruguayan football (soccer) striker. He plays for the Uruguayan national team and FC Schalke 04.
He also played for Sud América, Tacuarembó FC, Club Nacional de Football and Club Toluca.
He played for Uruguay in Copa América 2007.
On 18 January 2008, he joined German club FC Schalke 04.
