Andrés Scotti Ponce de León (born 14 December 1975 in Montevideo) is a Uruguayan football midfielder/defender, currently playing for Argentina's Argentinos Juniors

He started his career in 1996 playing for Central Español before moving to Wanderers in 1997. He then went to Chilean Primera División club Huachipato in 1998 before moving to Mexican Primera División club CF Puebla in 2000. In 2001 he returned to Uruguay to play again for Wanderers before moving to Nacional in 2002.
He then moved to Russia in 2003 where he played for FC Rubin Kazan in the Russian Premier League until December 2006. His brother Diego Scotti Ponce de León also played for both Wanderers and Nacional, but they did not play for either club at the same time. Scotti joined Argentinos Juniors on loan in 2007.
