The category "License plates" had an empty heading for Lithuania. I have created a stub. Now the subject gets rated at "low importance" (compare articles in this category for other countries.) If it's of low importance, why not a) remove Lithuania from the category list b) stop elaborating on this article? Ttk371 (talk) 06:39, 28 December 2007 (UTC)
