University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (Bengali: লিবারেল আর্টস বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়) (ULAB) is a university in Dhanmondi, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Founded in February of 2002, permission to open was received from the University Grants Commission (UGC) of Bangladesh [1] in November of 2003, pursuant to the Private University Act 1992.[2].
