This is a list of major records in UEFA football competitions.

These lists rank the winners of the club competitions recognized by UEFA. According its official regulations [1], the official UEFA competitions are:
- European Champions Clubs' Cup/UEFA Champions League (since 1955).
- UEFA Cup Winners' Cup (1961-1999).
- UEFA Cup [2] (since 1971 [1]).
- UEFA Intertoto Cup [3] (since 1995 [1]).
- UEFA Super Cup [4] (since 1973 [1]).

As of 14 March 2008 in chronological order respect to the latest trophy won by any club (e.g. the latest international title won by FC Bayern Munich -8- was in 2001. The latest international title of FC Barcelona -8- happened in 2006).

FC Bayern Munich in 1996.
Juventus, the only football club in the world to have won all official international cups and championships,[8] has received, in recognition to win the three major European club competitions[9] as first case in the history of the European football, The UEFA Plaque by the Union of European Football Associations in 1987.
