[edit] Production

Kunal Kohli considered Aamir Khan and Kajol for the lead roles, but Aamir was busy with his home production Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na and Kajol was busy with her home production U, Me Aur Hum.

In September 2007, the film began shooting in Delhi with some portions also being shot in Alibaug, Bangkok and Los Angeles.[3] The film has completed its shooting on February 3, 2008.[4]

Kunal Kohli intially asked Amisha to loose weight for her role in the film. Reportedly, Kohli and Manish Malhotra spent hours to decide her look in the film wherein she will be donning a yellow bikini.

Rani Mukerji will be sporting one layered outfit designed by Manish Malhotra throughout the film while some layers have been taken off according to the requirements of each scene.

[edit] Synopsis

Ranbeer Talwar (Saif Ali Khan), one of the country's top industrialists, is a loner, not out of his free will but just because he lost everyone, he ever loved. Life turns around 180 degrees when he faces the most uncomfortable situation of his life. In a very unusual court verdict, he is to look after four orphan children.

Unfortunately, the orphans hate him and want revenge from him for some reason and Ranbeer cannot meet their eye for certain reasons. The children do not want to live with a man they hate and they go ahead to make it quite evident. Their life together is very unhappy, one day they pray to God for help, and he does help them. He sends his most mischievous, childlike, lovable angel to the rescue, with a mission to bring Ranbeer and the kids together.

Geeta (Rani Mukerji) comes cycling down a rainbow and bursts into Ranbeer's house as the self-proclaimed new nanny.
