Can we get rid of the long list of people of no importance just because they were in somebody's class? Gerry Lynch 21:47, 24 August 2005 (UTC) (St. Mac's 1988-95)

[edit] John MacBride

Why did someone remove John McBride?

No idea - he's a fairly famous pupil and should be included before many others who are listed. Puffyshirt 20:58, 24 July 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Latin based

Because Latin won't be taught in St Malachy's College by the end of the school year, I thought I would add it to the main page. Beanochris 20:27, 1 September 2005 (UTC) (St Mac's 2001-???)

Cardinal William Conway did not attend St Malachy's College; he went to St Mary's on the Glen Road. He did teach in the College briefly. Similarly, of recent bishops Bishop Walsh, Bishop Philbin, Bishop MacRory (altogether covering 60+ of the last 100 years) did not attend St Malachy's. Get your facts right!

[edit] Full list of teachers

Is this necessary? Especially the little comments in the margins?

PS - BA is now the school disciplinarian? Scary! You know he'll love all that stuff in the article! Gerry Lynch 17:43, 24 May 2006 (UTC)
