Sky News Business Channel is an Australian 24 hour cable and satellite business news channel available on Foxtel, Austar and Optus Television subscription platforms, owned by Australian News Channel Pty Ltd. It was officially launched on January 7, 2008. [1]

Australian News Channel announced it was to launch a business news channel in 2008 with one third of content to be taken from Fox Business Network in the United States.[2]

Many of the Channel's presenters come for the Sky News Australia pool of Business presenters, including Helen Dalley, Brooke Corte, Richard Gonclaves, Bridie Barry, Nina May, Carson Scott, Ky Chow, James Daggar-Nickson, Lisa Creffield, Moira Sidoti and Nadine Blayney.
