Saracinesco is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rome in the Italian region Lazio, located about 40 km northeast of Rome. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 169 and an area of 11.0 km².[1]
Saracinesco borders the following municipalities: Anticoli Corrado, Cerreto Laziale, Mandela, Rocca Canterano, Sambuci, Vicovaro.
