Olevano Romano is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rome in the Italian region Latium, located about 45 km east of Rome. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 6,518 and an area of 26.1 km².[1]
Olevano Romano borders the following municipalities: Bellegra, Genazzano, Paliano, Roiate, San Vito Romano, Serrone.
It is the probable birthplace of the composer Giovanni Gentile.
