[edit] Requested move

This article has been renamed from San Gregorio Magno (commune) to San Gregorio Magno as the result of a move request.

The following discussion is an archived discussion of the proposal. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the proposal was - unopposed move - HAT note covers other possible articles. Keith D (talk) 11:05, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

San Gregorio Magno (commune)San Gregorio Magno — Brackets in article names are discouraged, and administrative designations such as commune are deprecated as dismabiguations for place names. So this article has to change its name to something else.

In this instance the dab is no longer needed now that the church has been moved to its proper name of SGM al Celio, leaving the town free to occupy its proper name at SGM. Yes, some people will always come here when they're looking for the pope or the church, but they are taken care of by the About template at the top of this article - and there's no likelihood of either church or pope being moved to plain SGM in future. —FlagSteward (talk) 15:55, 6 March 2008 (UTC)
