Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport (IATA: SBYICAO: KSBY), or, more succinctly Wicomico Regional Airport, is located in unincorporated Wicomico County, Maryland, 5 miles from downtown Salisbury, Maryland. The current airport general manager is Robert Bryant.

As the only commercial airport on the Delmarva Peninsula, Wicomico serves southern Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, including Salisbury and Ocean City. The airport is the operational headquarters for US Airways Express carrier Piedmont Airlines. Piedmont exclusively uses the Bombardier Dash 8 Series twin-engine turbo-prop airliner, with maximum seating of 37 to 50 passengers. Several construction projects are underway to extend the main runway by 1000ft. and improve safety areas. These projects when complete will allow flights using regional jets. Wicomico Regional Airport passengers are fully screened by TSA agents and depart from either of two gates. After the security screening at SBY, passengers are able to bypass long lines at the Philadelphia and Charlotte hubs.
