Sântana de Mureş or Marosszentanna (Romanian: Sântana de Mureş; Hungarian: Marosszentanna) is a commune in Mureş County, Romania, comprising four villages:
- Bărdeşti/Marosbárdos
- Chinari/Várhegy
- Curteni/Udvarfalva
- Sântana de Mureş/Marosszentanna

The commune has an ethnically mixed population, with a relative Székely Hungarian majority. According to the 2002 Census it has a population of 4,266 of which 46.51% or 1,984 are Hungarian and 44.23% or 1,887 are Romanians.
