ISO 3166-2:RU

ISO 3166-2:RU is an International Organization for Standardization standard which defines geocodes: it is the subset of ISO 3166-2 which applies to Russia.
Note: Following a referendum, the Evenk Autonomous Okrug (formerly RU-EVE) and Taymyr Autonomous Okrug (formerly RU-TAY) were merged into the Krasnoyarsk Krai (RU-KYA) on 2007-01-01.
