Rolando Jorge Pires da Fonseca (born 31 August 1985 in São Vicente, Cape Verde) is a Portuguese football player. He plays for Porto.

On April 15, 2008, Porto confirmed that Rolando had agreed to a part ways with Belenenses and join Porto on a four-year contract. ^[1]

A Cape Verdean, he moved to Portugal at age of 15, and became naturalized citizen in 2006.
