Edgar Bruno da Silva or simply Edgar (born May 1, 1987 in São Carlos) is a striker player from Brazil who currently plays for Portuguese giants FC Porto. He formerly played at São Paulo Futebol Clube on loan from Serie C side Joinville, but later moved to portuguese Beira-Mar, where he played the last half of the 2006-2007 season. In the 2007 summer transfer window, he was loaned to FC Porto, before moving again on a loan agreement to Académica.
