Otis W. Douglas (July 25, 1911 - March 1989) was the head football coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks football program from 1950-1952. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for four seasons (1946-49). Born in Reedville, Virginia, he played college football at the College of William and Mary in 1929 and 1930.
Douglas also held head coaching positions at the University of Akron (1941-42), Drexel University (1949), Villanova University (1954) and the Canadian Football League Calgary Stampeders (1955-60). He was an assistant coach for the Baltimore Colts in 1953 and was a consultant to the coaching staff of the Cincinnati Reds in 1961 and 1962.
In 1979, Douglas was inducted into the Virginia Sports Hall of Fame.
