Francis Joseph "Bucko" Kilroy (May 30, 1921 – July 10, 2007) was an American football offensive lineman in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles. He won two championships as a lineman for the 1948 and 1949 Eagles. He was also the general manager of the New England Patriots in the 1980s. He was born in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania where he attended Northeast Catholic High School and Temple University.
