Northfield Township is located in northern Cook County, Illinois. The population was 82,880 at the 2000 census. The township office is located in Glenview, Illinois.

Northfield Township represents most of Glenview and Northbrook, and part of Northfield. It was established on April 2, 1850.^[1]
